Trade Court of Turkey Has Been Band Activity Of Bookingcom With Complaint of TURSAB

In order by Turkey Travel Agencies Association (TURSAB), to prevent unfair competition lawsuit against union agent members, online booking portal to Booking.com operates in Turkey, it was decided to stop measures.

The Istanbul 5th Commercial Court decided to  the Booking.com company to stopped the activity of intermediating the marketing of hotels, accommodation facilities in Turkey via the Booking.com website. Even any other address it may create too.
