German President Christian Wulff departed from Turkey on Friday.
During his official visit in inTurkey, German President held meetings with his Turkish counterpart Abdullah Gul, Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Ali Bardakoglu, head of Turkey’s Directorate General of Religious Affairs. Wulff also addressed Turkish Parliament.
Christian Wulf visited the central Anatolian provinces of Kayseri and Nevsehir as well as the southern province of Adana.
German President attended a special religious ceremony at the Saint Paul Church in Tarsus town of the southern province of Mersin as part of his visit to Turkey.
Wulff visited Fener Greek Orthodox Patriarch in Istanbul and had a meeting with Patriarch Bartholomew.
