The first golf club in Bodrum, a city in the western province of Muğla and a tourism hub of Turkey, was opened with a ceremony on Saturday.
Speaking at the ceremony, Muğla Governor Fatih Şahin highlighted the importance of the facilities for the development of tourism in the province.
Among the participants of the opening event were Turkish Football Federation (TFF) President Yıldırım Demirören and Koç Holding Honorary President Rahmi Koç. The Bodrum Golf Club also houses tennis facilities.
