A tourist bus from Bangalore today fell into a deep gorge near Thamarassery in the district, police said.
Casualties, if any, were not immediately known and rescue have rushed to the incident site, they said.
The bus was on its way to Kozhikode when the mishap occurred while the driver was negotiating a sharp curve in the Kozhikode-Wayanad ghat section, police added.
