Shangri-La’s flagship resort in Oman receives Best Resort award at the Business Traveller Middle East Awards.
Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa, Sultanate of Oman has been named the Best Resort in the Middle East at the eighth annual Business Traveller Middle East Awards 2018 held in the United Arab Emirates.
Aiming to celebrate the region’s leaders in travel and hospitality sectors, readers of Business Traveller Middle East magazine voted for those who excelled in the airline, airport, hotel and car rental industries. All votes were independently counted and audited by an independent audit and analytic company.
The resort’s general manager, Jurgen Doerr, received the award from Francis Rolleston Gardner OBE at the red-carpet event at Palazzo Versace in Dubai.
