Alaska Airlines ranks first among North America’s traditional network airlines for the third consecutive year in a study of customer satisfaction conducted by national survey firm J.D. Power and Associates.
Alaska performed particularly well in six of the seven measures: flight crew, aircraft, boarding/deplaning/baggage, check-in, costs and fees, and reservations, the company said in a press release.
Among “low-cost carriers,” JetBlue Airways took the top spot.
