{"id":2345,"date":"2010-01-21T18:07:31","date_gmt":"2010-01-21T16:07:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.turizmtatilseyahat.com\/en\/?p=2345"},"modified":"2010-01-21T18:07:46","modified_gmt":"2010-01-21T16:07:46","slug":"ryanair-sees-average-fares-flat-in-europe-in-2010","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.turizmtatilseyahat.com\/en\/ryanair-sees-average-fares-flat-in-europe-in-2010\/","title":{"rendered":"Ryanair Sees Average Fares Flat In Europe In 2010"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Irish low-budget airline Ryanair Holdings PLC&#8217;s (RYA.DB) Chief Executive Michael O&#8217;Leary said Thursday average fares will be flat across Europe in 2010, but Irish fares will rise 10%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.turizmtatilseyahat.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/ryanair.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-2346\" title=\"Ryanair Sees Average Fares Flat In Europe In 2010\" src=\"http:\/\/www.turizmtatilseyahat.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/01\/ryanair-280x220.jpg\" alt=\"Ryanair Sees Average Fares Flat In Europe In 2010\" width=\"280\" height=\"220\" \/><\/a>&#8220;We&#8217;ve just come through a year where fares have fallen 20%,&#8221; he told a press conference in Dublin to announce a 20% cut in traffic from Dublin Airport this summer.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The fares out of Dublin will be significantly higher this year.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>While he expects total passenger numbers to rise by 7 million to 73 million this year, traffic at Dublin Airport will fall to 18 million passengers from 20 million in 2010.<\/p>\n<p>He added that more flights from Dublin to destinations like Malaga, Faro, Barcelona and Alicante at higher fares will help offset this. More flights also usually reflects greater turnaround efficiency.
