The location is convenient for the headquarters of many companies and is also close to organized industrial zones.<\/p>\n<p>Monday evening\u2019s ceremony was attended by Semahat Arsel, chairwoman of Palmira Turizm and member of the board of Ko\u00e7 Holding; \u00d6mer Bozer, food and retail group chief of Ko\u00e7 Holding; Ali Y. Ko\u00e7, institutional communication and information group chief at Ko\u00e7 Holding; Ali \u015eahsuvaro\u011flu, chairman of the board at the \u015eahsuvaro\u011flu Group; Murat \u015eahsuvaro\u011flu, managing director of the group; and Joep Bakx, managing director of Divan, as well as other executives and government officials.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eahsuvaro\u011flu, a group that has grown in the automotive industry, has partnered with Ko\u00e7 Holding for the hotel.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel is situated in Pendik, a rapidly growing district in Istanbul, and is in close proximity to Istanbul Park, where Formula 1 Istanbul Grand Prix races are held.
