Cooper, <\/strong><strong>president and chief operating officer of the company, said.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Speaking during a reception to celebrate Conde Nast Traveller magazine\u2019s Best Business Hotel of 2009 award, which went to the luxury chain\u2019s \u0130stanbul location, Cooper said that one of the two hotels that the company plans to open will be built in \u0130stanbul and another one in the southwestern resort town of Bodrum. \u201cIstanbul has some kind of a magnetic force that pulls you. People just want to make investments here,\u201d Cooper stated, adding that Turkey offers great opportunities in the hotel field. Turkish Airlines (THY) has started to fly to new destinations, and Turkey has been improving its relations with its neighboring countries, he said, noting that these all are a boon for the tourism sector.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00fczer Group Honorary President Mustafa S\u00fczer, also speaking at the meeting, said the Ritz-Carlton \u0130stanbul was the only hotel from Turkey on the magazine\u2019s top list.
