{"id":1909,"date":"2009-12-04T10:56:23","date_gmt":"2009-12-04T08:56:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.turizmtatilseyahat.com\/en\/?p=1909"},"modified":"2009-12-04T17:57:04","modified_gmt":"2009-12-04T15:57:04","slug":"emirates-airlines-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.turizmtatilseyahat.com\/en\/emirates-airlines-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Emirates Airlines upbeat over debt repayment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Emirates Airlines says it faces no problems in meeting upcoming loan and bond payments, reiterating that it has never had government backing for its debt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.turizmtatilseyahat.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/emirates-airlines.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-1910\" title=\"Emirates Airlines\" src=\"http:\/\/www.turizmtatilseyahat.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/12\/emirates-airlines-280x220.jpg\" alt=\"Emirates Airlines\" width=\"280\" height=\"220\" \/><\/a>Since its launch in 1986, the fast-growing Dubai-government owned airline has not relied on state support, said Tim Clark, Emirates president.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEmirates has always charted its own course,\u201d he told the Financial Times. \u201cWe don\u2019t see any change; the airline is profitable and our flights are full.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The airline has bonds of $1.7bn maturing by 2013, according to Standard &amp; Poor\u2019s.
