The investment in the project will be 600 million shekels, or about $160 million.<\/p>\n<p>Herzliya is Israel&#8217;s main high-tech centre.<\/p>\n<p>Simon Cooper, chief operating officer of Ritz Carlton, said in a statement he hoped to open more hotels across Israel in the future.
