The reason is the forthcoming concert of Madonna. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A couple of years ago UEFA scolded the management of the stadium for the bad illumination. The lights at Bulgaria`s national stadium provide just 700 lux, while the standard requires 1500 lx. Madonna`s long expected show needs the best possible lighting. That is why workers have been testing the spotlights at the stadium round-the-clock.<\/p>\n<p>Last week Anton Popov &#8211; manager of `Vasil Levski` stadium told that they do not plan to change the grass as the organizers of the concert &#8220;Sofia Music Enterprise&#8221; haven`t asked.
